If you are not satisfied with your product, contact us for a return or exchange.
Returns
Items returned in an acceptable condition with a postmark 10 days or less from the original delivery date will be fully refunded (not including shipping costs). We will provide a shipping label to help expedite your return.
If upon receipt the item shows damage by the customer or signs of wear, a return will not be granted.

Exchanges
Items returned for purpose of exchange in an acceptable condition with a postmark 10 days or less from the original delivery date will be exchanged for a product of equal value (not including shipping costs). We will provide a shipping label to help expedite your exchange.
If upon receipt the item shows damage by the customer or signs of wear, an exchange will not be granted.
When returning or exchanging, be sure to contact us first. Unauthorized returns/exchanges will be refused.
